Michael’s family has been developing and building in the property industry since 1963, with Michael’s induction as an apprentice in 1988.
As a licenced builder and developer, Michael has gained extensive experience and is well respected by his peers.
With the incorporation of Zen Constructions Pty Ltd in 2001, Michael celebrates his 20th year in February 2021 and the impressive portfolio of projects continues to grow, as ZEN continues to create a legacy.
Jacob has a passion for real estate and in-depth knowledge of the development process.
Being responsible for all acquisitions, site assessments, development management, funding and leasing, Jacob finds himself as the mentor to the staff, sharing his knowledge with the team.
As a licensed real estate agent, Jacob’s vast experience in research and having consulted to some of Australia’s largest public and private property developers is what has set the foundation for his outstanding skills and understanding of the development process.
