The proposed development by ZenDev, situated on the picturesque bank of the Boyne Tannum River (next to the bridge on Boyne Island), has been designed and is influenced by what we have come to understand the community of the region has been desiring. 

With over 2 years of conceptual planning and market feedback, the ZEN Team are so excited to have this proposed community and lifestyle hub moving closer to becoming a reality by the day.  

Offering a state-of-the-art aquatic centre, co-located with a motel, yacht club and marina, this development will soon become a lifestyle/family favourite for outdoor activity and a holiday destination for tourists alike. 

A community pool has been in demand for decadesUnderstanding the needs of the community, we have developed the concept design of the Boyne Tannum Aquatic and Recreation Centre, which is currently being reviewed by The Gladstone Regional Council and with the support of GRC, we are committed to delivering this part of the project as Stage 1 of the development, ASAP.
