Crestmead Village is located at 148 -160 Clarke Road, Crestmead and has been separated into three stages.
Crestmead is a major emerging regional industrial precinct with major projects currently underway including the Goodman and Pointcorp industrial developments. Stage 1 of the Pointcorp Estate has already sold to Mapletree Logistics, which will include over 20,000m2 of factory and logistics space.
These businesses support a large number of staff and the rapidly growing residential areas in neighbouring suburbs.
The population in the area is also expecting significant growth from 2022 to 2026 – (Crestmead (2.24%), Park Ridge (18.92%) and Logan Reserve 48.22%). Creating a greater need for commercial and entertainment services.
